The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City alum Jen Shah’s prison sentence has been reduced again.

According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate records, Shah, 51, is scheduled to be released on November 3, 2026.

Shah’s sentence was previously reduced last year from August 30, 2028, to December 19, 2027.

Shah and her then-assistant Stuart Smith were arrested in March 2021 for their alleged roles in a telemarketing scheme that allegedly defrauded hundreds of victims over the age of 55. While they both initially pleaded not guilty, they ultimately changed their respective pleas ahead of trial.

Us Weekly confirmed in January 2023 that Shah was sentenced to six and a half years in prison with five years of supervised release. The Bravo star began her sentence the next month at Bryan Prison Camp in Texas.

“Jen has been doing very well — working on her personal self and focused on her journey towards positive rehabilitation,” Shah’s rep wrote in a December 2024 journal entry on her website. “Jen is currently focused on her next holiday beauty showcase within FPC Bryan Prison and continues to send love to her family, fans and friends who continuously message her in support. She is thankful for everyone who continues to pray and uphold her in a positive light.”

Shah’s rep also noted that she has “indeed spoken” with former RHOSLC costar Meredith Marks.

“The conversation was extremely positive,” the diary entry reads. “She loves Meredith and appreciates her friendship and support during this time.”

Marks, 52, revealed in November 2024 that she had a brief telephone conversation with Shah.

“Jen called me a few weeks ago from prison,” she said on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. “And it’s my first call from a federal penitentiary. Shah and Marks were two of the OG Housewives on RHOSLC when it premiered in 2020 alongside Mary Cosby, Lisa Barlow, Whitney Rose and Heather Gay.

According to Shah’s friend Murilo Bueno, Marks has been the only RHOSLC star to reach out to Shah since her incarceration.

“The only person that has reached out to me asking how she was doing was Meredith,” Bueno exclusively told Us in May 2023. “Other than that, no one has reached out — to me at least — and I’m pretty sure no one has with her as well.”
