NAIROBI, Kenya, Jan 19 – President William Ruto has urged leaders and parents to guide the youth while providig them with opportunities for growth instead of inciting them to violence.
Speaking durnig an interdenominational prayer service in Bungoma, the head of state assured that no one will be isolated in the government’s development agenda.
