Brynn Whitfield is ready to reflect on The Real Housewives of New York City’s dark season 15 finale.
During the Tuesday, January 21, episode, fans watched the cast end their Puerto Rico vacation with a massive fight between Brynn, 39, and costar Ubah Hassan.
Brynn was originally upset that Ubah, 41, accused her of sleeping with someone to get hired on the Bravo reality show. The claim hurt even more after Brynn said she privately revealed to Ubah that she had been sexually assaulted.
Ubah immediately denied knowing about Brynn’s experience, leaving the cast trying to separate both parties on their last night of vacation.
While the ladies will come together for a two-part reunion show, kicking off Tuesday, January 28, Brynn is already speaking out in a brand-new interview with Rolling Stone.

Brynn Whitfield Stands by Her Conversation With Ubah Hassan
During the January 22 episode of RHONY, Brynn told her costars that it’s possible Ubah didn’t “clock it,” in regards to hearing her sexual assault revelation.
In her latest interview, however, Brynn assured fans that she revealed personal details to her costar.
“It’s not right to assume that everyone remembers everything that you say all the time and then hold them accountable for that,” Brynn explained to the publication. “I know for a fact that I said it, but when someone’s screaming into the phone, the other person might not necessarily hear them. … I know what I said and I know that I did say it.”

When watching the finale, Brynn was surprised to see her cast accusing her of intentionally lying.
“That was shocking,” she shared. “You’re telling me that in the three minutes from when I’m called horrible names [by Ubah] and I’m obviously upset that I somehow devised a plan? It’s disgusting that I’m talking about two things that I would hope that no woman or person would have to experience — suicide and sexual assault — and everyone’s like, ‘Brynn, we feel taken advantage of.’ Maybe don’t use those words to describe the situation. I just feel like I wasn’t shown much [respect].”
Why Brynn Whitfield Shared Her Sexual Assault Experience
Before heading to Puerto Rico, Brynn sat down with her brother, Daris, in Central Park to open up about how her past sexual assault has prevented her from being focused more on dating.
“I filmed with my brother and I shared the connection between that and why I’m kind of dodging dating, and why I make jokes about only dating billionaires,” she told RS. “I thought sharing was going to help me feel better.”
Where Does Brynn Whitfield Stand With the Cast Today?
While viewers will have to watch the two-part reunion to see how Brynn interacts with her costars, the marketing consultant believes she’s in a good place with some of the ladies including Jenna Lyons, Raquel Chevremont and Erin Lichy. (Erin, however, said via Instagram she hasn’t seen or spoken to Brynn in “months.”)
Brynn’s friendships with Sai De Silva, Jessel Taank and Ubah also need some work. “With Ubah, I think what’s done is done,” she said. “I feel like we will get back. But it takes time to repair.”
Will Brynn Whitfield Return to ‘RHONY’ After Season 15?
Although no decisions have been made about season 16, Brynn said she won’t know anything official until a month before filming begins again.
“You don’t know if you’re renewed, you don’t know who comes back or any of these things,” she said. “But I feel like with this show, it’s not our show or my show. It’s a little bit of the women who came before us and whoever comes after us.”
