Bold and the Beautiful dropped hints that Jack Finnegan & Poppy Nozawa know who fathered Luna Nozawa on the CBS soap. But Li Finnegan will soon know too, as she jabbed Jack with a needle to do a blood draw before he knew what hit him. Then both he and Poppy looked worried as she would soon learn the name of the man who fathered Luna Nozawa.
Bold and the Beautiful: Jack Finnegan Kept Secret for Decades?
Bold and the Beautiful had Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) lay the groundwork, so the viewers would know how close her husband and sister once were. Li said that Jack Finnegan (Ted King) and Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) spent a ton of time together at home while Li worked long shifts as a young doctor.
She said they were home with Finn (Tanner Novlan), who attended college during those years. Poppy would not tell her sister the name of Luna’s father. But she was so judgmental of Poppy, so not telling her the name of Luna’s father was likely the way to go. Jack said he felt sorry for his sister-in-law, who was constantly under scrutiny from her sister.
So, Poppy Nozawa formed a friendship bond with Jack Finnegan. Then, she might have told him the truth. But if Luna Nozawa‘s (Lisa Yamada) father is Finn, the two may have made a pack not to say a thing.
If John Finnegan is Luna Nozawa’s father, it is more than likely he is unaware of this. Bold and Beautiful could use Poppy Nozawa’s special mints for this night of lust. This offers an excuse for him to have no memory of a bedroom conquest with his aunt.
B&B: Poppy Nozawa Confided in Jack?
Bold and the Beautiful has made the relationship between Poppy Nozawa and Li Nozawa volatile. So, it is easy to understand that if Luna’s father is Finn, why Poppy wouldn’t tell her sister?
Poppy doesn’t share a blood relationship with her adopted nephew. But if they did have a romp, producing Luna, her sister would look at this as taboo and likely turn their sisterly battle into an all-out war.
Jack Finnegan likely became the friend Poppy needed back then. He may have even caught his sister-in-law and son in the act but kept a lid on it all these years.
Bold and the Beautiful: Luna Nozawa’s Father Now Becomes Li Finnegan’s Secret?
Bold and the Beautiful has Li Finnegan reading the results of Jack’s paternity test this week. If she sees that Jack shares the amount of DNA with Luna Nozawa that makes him a grandfather, she will figure it out. This would make her beloved son Luna’s father.
But this would also leave Li mortified on Bold and the Beautiful. So, she is unlikely to tell a soul about this to protect her son and his family. She would not want Finn to be known as the father of a murderous daughter. So, if her son is Luna’s father, this enraged mother would likely keep it tightly under wraps.
This will likely confuse Jack and Poppy, that is if they knew the identity of Luna’s father all along. So, Bold and the Beautiful is about to reveal the results of Jack’s paternity test. We could see Li shaken, but at the same time, dismissing Jack Finnegan as the father.
We could also see a very confused Jack and Poppy Nozawa if they knew what the results should reveal. If they expected to hear that Finn, as the long-lost father, then they too are in for a surprise if the CBS soap goes this way with the plot.
