Ubah Hassan SLAMS Fans Calling Her a Bully After Explosive ‘RHONY’ Finale!
Ubah Hassan is clapping back at accusations that she’s a “bully” after her explosive showdown with Brynn Whitfield on The Real Housewives of New York City finale.
The tension between the two took a dark turn when Brynn, 39, claimed Ubah, 41, was weaponizing her past sexual assault experiences to suggest she slept with men to advance her career.
But the drama didn’t end there—Ubah was slammed on Instagram by a viewer who called her “the biggest meanest bully” and even took it a step further by doubting her ability to be a wife and mother.
In her response, Ubah addressed the comment head-on. “This message speaks volumes about where you are in life. I have never lied, gossiped, or caused conflict on the show—I only respond when the nonsense becomes impossible to ignore,” Ubah explained.
“What you see may highlight my reactions, but not the reasons behind them. If you watched with an open mind and an unbiased perspective, you’d see that I never initiate drama; I only address it. Your hatred toward me is nothing more than a reflection of your own insecurities and lack of authenticity.”
She didn’t hold back, adding, “Clearly, my confidence and straightforwardness triggered the cowardly in you, and for that, I’ll say: that’s a YOU problem.”
Despite the backlash, Ubah has also garnered support from fans and some of her Real Housewives of New York castmates. In the wake of the finale, several women defended her, with Sai De Silva, 44, even unfollowing Brynn on social media.
Jenna Lyons, 56, confirmed on Watch What Happens Live that the cast had not spoken to Brynn since the reunion.
Brynn’s actions during the finale, combined with her refusal to take any accountability, have pushed both the cast and fans to their breaking point. Throughout the season, Brynn’s constant manipulation of situations and twisting of facts have only added to the growing frustration.
As The Real Housewives of New York City season 15 reunion approaches, it seems that tensions are only heating up. The reunion kicks off on Tuesday, January 28, at 9/8c on Bravo.
