Faith Stowers Faces Setback in Court Battle After EXPOSING Lala Kent and Lisa Vanderpump!
Faith Stowers’ legal battle against Vanderpump Rules producers has hit a major snag. The 35-year-old reality star, who previously filed a stunning declaration alleging racism, sexual harassment, and physical assault during her time on the show, now faces a pause in her case.
Court documents obtained by In Touch Weekly on January 29 reveal that a Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted Bravo and its production company’s motion to move Faith’s lawsuit into arbitration. This means that the case will be heard privately, and the public will not have access to the details.
As part of their motion, Bravo and the production company presented signed release forms from Faith, which included an agreement to settle disputes through arbitration.
The motion specified that an arbitrator would have the final say on the case, keeping the legal proceedings out of the public eye.
“The Defendants have satisfied their burden of showing the existence of an agreement to arbitrate,” the order stated, confirming that the lawsuit would be paused until the arbitrator makes a ruling.
The judge also noted a crucial detail in Faith’s signed agreement, emphasizing the language that made it clear she was giving up her right to file a lawsuit in court over any related claims.
In her bombshell declaration, Faith accused several Vanderpump Rules cast members, including Stassi Schroeder, 36, and Kristen Doute, 41, of orchestrating an “overtly racist social media harassment campaign” against her. She also alleged that Lala Kent, 34, attacked her with a knife, though Lala was not named as a defendant in the case.
“I was left deeply shaken by the incident, which was captured on camera and later covered up,” Faith wrote in her court documents, referring to the alleged attack. She further claimed that Lisa Vanderpump, 64, had made threats against her during the aftermath.
“[The executive producer] downplayed the incident’s significance and strongly implied that speaking out would come with severe career ramifications. The next day, [Lisa Vanderpump] warned me that I would be terminated if I could not find a way to get along with [Lala], my attacker,” Faith wrote.
“Out of concern for my job security, I held my tongue and refrained from reporting the incident to law enforcement or disclosing it to the media.”
Both Bravo and Vanderpump Rules have denied Faith’s allegations, but the legal drama is far from over as the case moves into private arbitration.
