Anne Heche’s eldest son, Homer Laffoon, claims to have uncovered a substantial amount of additional assets belonging to his late mother.
As he works to finalize the actress’ estate more than two years after her death, Laffoon, 22, reportedly submitted an updated list of assets that are worth an estimated $92,500.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, the list includes a 100 percent ownership in Celestia Films worth $50,000, a 50 percent ownership in Anne & Heather Ink LLC and $25,000 in household furniture located in a Downtown Los Angeles condo.
Laffoon also revealed in court documents that the estate earned $10,000 in residual income, $1,500 in royalties from Heche’s 2001 memoir, Call Me Crazy, and $5,000 in royalties from the actress’ 2023 follow-up book, Call Me Anne.
The beneficiaries of Heche’s estate are Homer, who she shared with her ex Coleman Laffon, and Atlas Tupper, who she had with ex James Tupper. Us Weekly has reached out to Homer for comment.
In August 2022, Heche died at the age of 53 following a Los Angeles car crash that left her severely burned. At the time of her death, the actress did not have a will.

Three months after his mother’s death, Homer was named the general administrator of her estate.
“My brother Atlas and I lost our Mom,” he shared in a statement to People days after Heche’s death. “After six days of almost unbelievable emotional swings, I am left with a deep, wordless sadness. Hopefully my mom is free from pain and beginning to explore what I like to imagine as her eternal freedom. … Rest in Peace Mom. I love you.”
As Homer continues to navigate his mother’s estate in private, Atlas, 15, is trying his best to ace high school with the support of his father.
While speaking to Us Weekly exclusively in December 2024, James, 59, offered a rare update on how his son was doing.
“He’s an advanced junior tennis player, and he’s hoping to go into university or even pro,” the Big Little Lies actor shared. “He’s got a lot of great things going for him and just to watch him do all that — stand up for himself and fight — it’s unbelievable.”
Atlas, for his part, also gushed about what a great dad James is.
“He really does everything. There’s no sugar coating. He’s everything to me,” the teen told Us. “I wouldn’t be where I am at all [without him]… I really love him very much.”
