Okra Water Recipe
Instructions:
- Wash 5-6 fresh okra pods under running water.
- Cut off the ends and slice into thin rounds.
- Place slices in a large glass jar or pitcher.
- Add 4 cups of filtered water.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
- Strain into a clean glass, discard okra slices.
