A Comprehensive Guide on How to Pay NSSF via M-Pesa

  • Your NSSF Unique Payment Number (UPN): You can find this number on the E-slip you receive after uploading returns on the NSSF eServices portal. The UPN serves as your account number during the payment process.
  • NSSF’s Paybill Number: The Paybill number for NSSF is 333300.

Step 2: Access M-Pesa

  • Open the M-Pesa menu on your mobile phone.
  • Select “Lipa Na M-Pesa,” which is the option for making payments.

Step 3: Choose “PayBill”

  • After selecting “Lipa Na M-Pesa,” choose the “PayBill” option. This will allow you to make payments to various organizations and businesses.

  • If all the details are accurate, press “OK” to confirm the payment.

Step 7: Receive Confirmation

  • You will receive a transaction confirmation message from M-Pesa, indicating that your NSSF contribution has been successfully sent to NSSF. Keep this confirmation as proof of payment.
