Kim Kardashian wasn’t happy with mom Kris Jenner’s latest fashion choice.
Jenner, 69, showed off an Alo fit via Instagram on Tuesday, February 18, A.K.A.. the same day Kardashian, 44, announced that her lifestyle brand Skims is collaborating with a different activewear brand, Nike.
In the pic, Jenner posed in a head-to-toe Alo outfit including a gray hoodie and matching joggers. As she beamed for the camera, she stayed sporty with the brand’s socks and white sneakers.
Jenner’s glam was just as noteworthy as her fit, donning a full beat including dewy foundation, manicured eyebrows, rosy cheeks and nude glossy lips. Her smokey eyeshadow was softly blended out and complemented with long lashes.
“Cozy days in my @alo,” Jenner captioned the post. Her photo shoot quickly made its way to Kardashian’s feed, who was less than happy to her mom repping the brand that day.
“Did you really have to post this on the same day as my NikeSKIMS announcement?!?!?!” Kardashian playfully commented.
Kardashian’s friends laughed with her while replying to her viral comment. “CRYING 😂,” Kardashian’s friend and Skims Executive Vice President Tracy Romulus wrote. “Come on @krisjenner,” another fan wrote, as more added laughing emojis.
On Tuesday, Kardashian announced that Skims was partnering up with Nike via Instagram. “Introducing NikeSKIMS. She wrote that a new brand is coming this spring for the “body-obsessed,” teasing the launch. “Designed to sculpt and engineered to perform.”
Neither Skims nor Nike has yet revealed what will be included in the collection; however, Kardashian did share a statement on her Instagram Story, promising to deliver only the best to their customers.
“Nike and SKIMS share a deep commitment to innovation, inclusivity and pushing boundaries, driven by an unwavering belief in the power of women,” the statement read.
The statement continued: “This partnership is the culmination of this shared vision, delivering product that is meticulously designed to sculpt and perform for every body. Every single detail has been obsessed over and carefully considered. We’re incredibly excited to unveil our first collection this spring.”
