The impact of this directive was evident as revenue on the eCitizen platform skyrocketed. In June 2023, it stood at Ksh.1,397,301,980, but by September 2023, it had soared to an astounding Ksh.4,186,704,046, marking a phenomenal 300 percent growth.
4. Monthly Revenue Highlights:
Monthly revenue figures for July and August 2023 were also noteworthy, reaching Ksh.2,320,210,423 and Ksh.3,590,051,462, respectively. These figures underscore the consistent upward trend in revenue collection through eCitizen.
5. Service Accessibility:
By October 4, 2023, a total of 10,513 government services had been seamlessly integrated into the eCitizen platform, ensuring citizens can access a wide array of government services online.
