Lindsay Arnold has shared a major update on her recent breast augmentation.
The former Dancing With the Stars pro, 31, uploaded a before and after video via TikTok on Thursday, January 30. Arnold captioned the clip with a series of monkey emojis with their hands covering their eyes and two happy face emojis.
Arnold also included a series of hashtags in the caption, noting that she was two weeks post-op. Several of Arnold’s former DWTS costars offered her words of encouragement in the comments section.
“They look SOOOO good!!! Babe so natural,” Emma Slater wrote. Ezra Soza commented, “THEY LOOK SO GOOD IM OBSESSED.”

Arnold first shared her plans to get a breast augmentation in December 2024, revealing that it was her Christmas present.
“It’s something I’m very excited about,” she said in a TikTok video at the time. “I know there’s mixed opinions on this type of thing, and so I get it. … If it’s not for you, it’s not for you.”
Arnold explained that she had planned to get the surgery after she was “done having kids.” The professional dancer and husband Sam Cusick share daughters Sage, 4, and June, 20 months.
“I just decided I didn’t want to wait,” she continued. “Obviously, [I] know there are chances I’d maybe need to get a lift later on in life or whatever, but I just don’t want to wait anymore. … We’re just putting [family planning] on pause a bit longer.”

She went under the knife earlier this month and has continued to update fans on her recovery process.
“Post-surgery Lindsay is a sight to see,” she joked in a January 15 TikTok video. “Everything went great thank you for all the well wishes.”
One day prior, Arnold shared a mini-vlog with fans as she arrived at the hospital for her procedure.
“I can’t believe this is actually happening!” she told followers on January 14, before sharing a “fun fact” from her childhood that was related to her surgery.
“When I was in high school there was a rumor that went around that I got a boob job and that my dad is the one who gave me my boob job,” she recalled. “My dad is not a plastic surgeon.”
