Jennifer Coffey believes one of the greatest gifts from working 13 years at QVC was meeting fellow program host Kerstin Lindquist.
“She and I were hired at the same time, and it has not gone unnoticed in our chats that we are leaving about the same time,” Coffey exclusively shared with Us Weekly on Wednesday, February 5. “I started at QVC about six weeks before she actually did because she was leaving her job and getting the kids out of school. Her schedule was just a little bit behind mine. Then, I end up leaving about six weeks before she leaves.”
On December 31, 2024, Coffey bid farewell to QVC to focus on new adventures such as launching “The Phoenix” podcast and opening The Phoenix Yoga Studio in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
In comparison, Lindquist had her final shift as program host on Thursday, February 6. She plans to continue her “StRest” podcast while writing new books with a Christian publisher and working on health and wellness workshops.

To this day, Coffey remembers those early weeks of her QVC career when she worked with Lindquist for the first time.
“Out of 8,500 people, they hired you and one other person,” Coffey remembered thinking to herself. “If you’re me and you had almost no TV experience, you’re kind of freaked out and a little bewildered. … I did not meet Kerstin in the audition. There were two days. I was on one day. She was on the other. I had no idea what to expect, but I had already kind of invested a lot of sisterhood into this woman before I even met her.”

In a twist of faith, Coffey and Lindquist ended up meeting at the West Chester Chili Festival, which is located near the same Pennsylvania city that QVC films in.
“She’s got workout clothes on. Neither of us have any makeup. … We’re at the same place and gave each other the biggest hug,” Coffey told Us. “You have those moments with people sometimes where you meet them and they either give you a feeling, like, ‘I don’t know about you.’ And then you meet people where you go, ‘I love you and I don’t even know why yet.’ With Kerstin, it was, ‘I love you and I don’t even know why yet.’ It was just this kindred spirit kind of feeling, and that never altered. It never failed.”
For 13 years, Lindquist and Coffey would host shows together, demonstrate products as a team and become friends with millions of home shoppers across the country.

“We would lift each other up,” Coffey said. “We would celebrate each other’s achievements. If one of us got a really great show or got to work with a celebrity for the first time, it was like the other person was experiencing that as well. It was this volley of support over 13 years.”

As the pair both enter new chapters with more than a few unknowns, Coffey is proud to say she fully supports Lindquist. She’s also confident that her longtime friend would say the same thing about her.
“I love that I’m taking away from QVC friendship,” Coffey said. “My friendship with Kerstin is absolutely one of those.”
