How Does It Work?

  • Self-generate your statements using your mobile phone.
  • Request statements for specific dates whenever you need them.
  • Statements are e-stamped, ensuring their authenticity without requiring a physical stamp.
  • The sign-up process is straightforward; just dial *334# to access your e-statements.

How to Access Your M-PESA Statements:

Using the M-PESA App:

  1. Log in to the M-PESA App.
  2. Enter your M-PESA PIN.
  3. On the home page, select “M-PESA Statements.”
  4. Choose the desired month.
  5. Select “Export Statements.”
  6. Hit “Generate Statements,” and your statement will be downloaded.

Via *334# Menu:

  1. Dial *334#.
  2. Select “My Account.”
  3. Choose “M-PESA Statement” and then “Request Statement.”
  4. Select the period you need.
  5. Enter the recipient’s email address.
  6. Confirm the email address.
  7. Enter your M-PESA PIN.
  8. You will receive a notification SMS with a code to access your statement.
