Jennifer Aydin BLASTS Danielle Cabral Over Her Reaction to Jersey Mike’s Drama and Dodges Accountability!
Jennifer Aydin dishes on her explosive Jersey Mike’s scandal, slams Danielle Cabral’s shady reaction, and boldly defends herself with a dash of ego while addressing fiery backlash.
During a recent interview with Us Weekly, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 47, reflected on the fallout, discussed her relationships with her castmates, and defended herself against accusations of being “entitled” and “privileged.”
“[Teresa] was just like, ‘You shouldn’t have said about the old lady,’ which I acknowledged that,” Jennifer admitted, referencing her claim that a Jersey Mike’s employee was 80 years old. Jennifer revealed that Teresa, 52, was supportive during the scandal, even calling her daily while on vacation.
“Teresa’s one of my closest friends. She checks on me,” Jennifer shared. However, she noted that Dolores Catania, 54, wasn’t as involved. “Dolores didn’t check on me, but we really don’t keep in touch so much like that off-season.” Jennifer also didn’t hold back when discussing Danielle Cabral, 39, with whom she had a physical altercation during season 14. “
You mean Scam-ielle? Scam-ielle?” she quipped, accusing Danielle of failing to pay her hairstylist. “I may put people on blast and make them take accountability… I pay my bills. I don’t hustle people and take something for nothing.”
Amid the backlash, Jennifer denied accusations of privilege and explained her side of the Jersey Mike’s incident. “This is not privilege. I’m a paying customer… They were dismissive, uninterested. They didn’t want to help,” she stated.
Jennifer also emphasized that she and her husband, Bill Aydin, 51, are known for their generosity. “Bill’s always tipping everybody… That’s really how we roll.” Jennifer addressed her viral comment about being a “f*cking celebrity,” claiming it was only mentioned after someone else in the store brought it up.
While the incident has painted her in a negative light, Jennifer suggested it’s also a sign of her influence.
“I don’t think I’m as famous as some people may think I am. I had no idea that my stuff [would go] viral,” she said, adding that her husband wouldn’t stay married to her if she were “disgusting and toxic.”’
Despite the controversy, Jennifer remains unfazed by legal threats from a fellow customer who warned her not to post him online.
“I have a video that shows my behavior. I have a video that shows his behavior. If anyone wants to come and sue, I have attorneys that are on my payroll,” she said confidently.
Looking to move forward, Jennifer expressed her intention to leave the drama behind. “I’m done with Jersey Mike’s. I’m more of a Subway kind of girl anyway, but there was no Subway at the airport,” she joked.
