Kristen Doute BLASTS Lisa Vanderpump After She Defends James Kennedy’s DV Arrest!
Kristen Doute is SLAMMING Lisa Vanderpump after her controversial comments about James Kennedy’s domestic violence arrest, calling out the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum for downplaying the serious situation!
One day after Lisa Vanderpump, 64, suggested that James “didn’t hurt” his then-girlfriend, Ally Lewber, 29, after a December party, Kristen, 41, took to Instagram to call Lisa’s remarks “absolutely and disgustingly diabolical.”
She posted a screenshot of Lisa’s interview with Us Weekly, where the Lisa commented that James and Ally were “both being ridiculous and arguing,” adding that Ally wanted to “teach him a lesson” and now “regrets” how the incident escalated.
In another post, Kristen, who has a history with James as they were once romantically involved, voiced her anger at Lisa’s minimization of the situation. “I will never, ever be okay with this constant abuse-enabling behavior. To have the audacity to dumb down not only facts, but also feelings, makes me sick to my stomach,” Kristen wrote.
She added, “To every woman who is a survivor of DV and wasn’t believed or supported, I am so sorry.”
Kristen has been vocal about the impact of James‘ arrest on her own healing journey. She previously shared a post about the arrest, writing “Finally,” and described the situation as “triggering” on her podcast.
“It is also very heavy to think about the too many moments that I lived, and it is all very triggering,” she explained. Kristen also extended support to Ally, stating, “I hope that you have all of the support that you deserve.”
The ongoing tension surrounding James‘ arrest continues to fuel drama within the Vanderpump Rules cast. Fans are eagerly awaiting the return of The Valley for its second season, expected to premiere on Bravo in the coming months.
