‘Love Island USA’ Alum Hannah Smith Facing Two Criminal Charges After Wild Arrest and Racist Comments!

Love Island USA alum Hannah Smith is in serious legal trouble after being slapped with two criminal charges following a wild arrest at a Gracie Abrams concert. The reality star reportedly lost control when police tried to escort her out, allegedly cursing at them and even attempting to attack an officer. Now, Hannah is facing felony charges for obstruction and terroristic threats, putting her future in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons. With her Instagram deleted and a lawyer claiming she has no memory of the incident, it looks like her Love Island days may be over.

The trouble started when Hannah was kicked out of the concert venue. According to reports, when an officer attempted to escort her to an Uber, she began acting out, allegedly cursing at the police and even attempting to physically attack them. Now, the situation has turned much more serious for Hannah, who is facing felony charges for obstruction of officers and making terroristic threats.

The details of the incident continue to surface, and it’s clear the situation is dire for the reality star. The police report accuses Hannah of making racial remarks toward Officer Kayla Winkfield.

“B*tch. I can’t wait to kill you, you dumbass, ugly b*tch ’cause you’re fcking fat, and they love us skinny bitches ’cause you’re fcking Black, and I hate Black b*tches so I can’t wait to kill you and your sister, you dumbass b*tch,” Hannah allegedly said to the officer.

These allegations are taken very seriously by the authorities. Court documents reveal that Hannah “knowingly and willfully obstructed” Officer Winkfield in the performance of her duties, even allegedly lunging at the officer with the intent to strike.

After spending some time in jail, Hannah was released on $8,000 bail with the condition that she stay sober and submit to random drug tests. In a surprising move, she deleted her Instagram account, leaving fans to wonder if they’ll ever hear from her again. Hannah’s lawyer, however, suggested that she may have been a victim in this situation as well. In a statement, he shared that Hannah had left her drink unattended at the event and has “no memory” of the events that transpired.

As this case unfolds, it’s clear that Love Island fans may not see Hannah back on the show anytime soon.
