Married At First Sight: Allen Slovick Learns the Hard Truth
The Married At First Sight couple’s retreat got messy quick when Allen Slovick learned Madison Myers may not have been alone during those late night taco runs. Michelle Tomblin came to the dinner table armed with suspicion and dropped some hints to expose Madison Myers and David Trimble. When Madison stormed out and David tried to shut the discussion down, she knew she could build her case. Michelle confronts the other women later and explains she felt dismissed.
The MAFS gals apologize and deny defending David, but her intuition wasn’t letting up. The next day, Michelle confronted David again about just who the “eat u up” text was really for. David sticks to his story that it was a woman named Tiffany. Who sent him a picture that night. After piecing things together from the night in question by talking to Karla Juarez and Allen Slovick, she flat out tells him she’s not buying it.
Meanwhile on Married At First Sight, Allen Slovick and Madison Myers visit a go-cart track. Afterward, Allen Slovick presses Madison on how she’s feeling as decision day creeps up. She says she’s still open, but as always keeps him at a safe distance. Even though he’s sporting one of the new leather jackets she approved of during his styling session. Back at the house Michelle admits to Camille Parsons and Emem Obot she’s fixated on exposing Madison as the intended receiver of the text.
MAFS Couples Game Exposes Cheating
Things are definitely tense at the Married At First Sight retreat. There’s a lot of alcohol available and Madison Myers and David Trimble share a shot in the kitchen. Karla Juarez and Juan Franco share a lovely afternoon at a pottery studio. Thomas McDonald and Camille Parsons talk about their future in the hot tub. More specifically a timeline for having kids. Allen and Michelle talk on the stoop and Michelle drops more hints about her theory even though he doesn’t get it at first.
In the evening the couples gather to play a game of MAFS most likely. The first question is who would be the first to be killed in a horror movie. Allen Slovick gets the most votes on that one. Karla receives votes for most likely to indulge in an orgy. And Allen Slovick votes Juan Franco the most likely to be an exotic dancer due to his “pool boy body”. But the next question amps up the tension by asking who would be most likely to be caught cheating.
Jaws drop when David himself writes his own name in answer to the cheating question along with pretty much everybody else. Michelle and Allen take a break in the kitchen. Allen’s wheels are turning about the night of the text and Michelle encourages him to recall more specific events. Allen grows frustrated. But Michelle doesn’t full on come out with her accusation. But she questions him about whether David and Madison have each other’s numbers. And reminds him they work out together.
Married At First Sight: Madison Myers and David Trimble Admit to a Connection
Michelle Tomblin pulls Madison Myers aside for a chat on Married At First Sight. She lays out her thoughts on what happened and flat out asks Madison if the message was for her. Madison’s response is a giddy ” I don’t think so”. Of course Michelle finds her response odd. And questions her further about whether they text each other. Madison admits they text each other about work out times. But that’s it.
Things unravel when Michelle point blank asks David if the text was meant for Madison. Of course David denies it. Later Madison offers up her phone. There aren’t active texts from David but that’s suspicious and contradictory to what she told Michelle. Madison is frustrated and heads upstairs. Where a producer asks her if there’s any truth to what Michelle accuses. Madison tearily replies “I don’t know”. But admits it’s true and she didn’t mean to hurt anybody.
Next on Married At First Sight, a giddy Madison Myers knocks on David’s bedroom door and tells her about the chat with Michelle. What follows is a giggly puppy love conversation between the two. Madison confesses she loves the gym dates and likes him “more than she should”. While revealing she can’t go on with her marriage to Allen. David confirms he feels the same and they end with a hug. And David reveals the juicy text was meant for her indeed.
MAFS Couples Retreat Erupts in Chaos
It’s David Trimble that breaks the news to Allen Slovick on Married At First Sight. Of course, Allen doesn’t take it well and considers it a double betrayal since he considered David a friend too. When David suggests they could still be friends Allen erupts with some choice words for them both. Before storming off in anger, he suggests if David thinks there is something to pursue with Madison to go for it.
Allen Slovick walks off and suggests he will be leaving. Emem Obot and Juan Franco walk with him and try to calm him down. But Allen’s emotions are all over the place. After securing a ride with production, Emem escorts him into the house to run interference. He takes his frustrations out on the kitchen cabinets and avoids a run in with Madison who he does not want to see. He does want to return home and see his dog, Loofy. And off he goes back to Chicago. Till next time!
