Sister Wives star Kody Brown had one good thing going for him as a man sleeping with four different women, especially since they all agreed to this by entering into a plural marriage.
A monogamous husband could only manage to bed down several women if he were to cheat, or his wife was fine with an open marriage. But for Kody, this is expected of him after collecting four brides to live under the umbrella of polygamy.
So, the celebrity who invited the TLC cameras to share his polygamous lifestyle with the masses had these four women keeping a secret. But fans wonder just how long it would take for this to come out now that this plural marriage is kaput.
Sister Wives: Kody Brown Still Surfaces In His Exes’ Chit-Chat
In a recent interview, Sister Wives stars and best friends, Janelle Brown and Christine Brown, talked about Kody Brown. The bedtime hours during their polygamous marriage still fascinate fans.
One of the most asked questions of the four wives, when they were all still with Kody, was about the bedroom rotation. This is often referred to as “the schedule”.
When the Sister Wives series was in its early years, the wives agreed that Kody was fair with his bedroom time. They said as each new night fell, he would move from one wife’s bedroom to the next. But it turns out that wasn’t the case. After leaving Kody Brown, some wives confessed they went for years without any intimacy while married to the man with the ringlets.
But there is one secret they’ve always kept from each other and the public, Kody Brown’s bedroom performance. They never chatted among themselves over the intimacy they shared with Kody. And they never went public with that information. But that doesn’t mean they didn’t tackle his pride in conversations with each other and on social media.
Janelle Brown and Christine Brown Hit on Kody’s Downfalls
During this recent interview with the podcast “Sibling Revelry,” Sister Wives star, Janelle Brown explained how each wife handled the intimacy within their separate marriage. It was a topic that was taboo to share. Janelle was Kody’s second wife. She joined Kody and Meri Brown, who lived monogamously before her arrival.
So, you might say Janelle started the ball rolling on this now-famous Sister Wives plural marriage. Then Christine Brown married Kody, which made him a man with three wives for two decades. But that changed when the original three wives were joined by a fourth, Robyn Brown.
So, four women all sleeping separately with the same man never discussed the intimacy they shared with Kody. Janelle said, “I didn’t feel like that was my business and I didn’t feel like it would be helpful to know. So I didn’t really care.”
Sister Wives: Secrets Still Safe?
Kate Hudson and Oliver Hudson interviewed Janelle and Christine. Oliver seemed surprised by this secrecy among the Sister Wives ladies. Oliver said he wanted to know everything about his wife’s former encounters before he came on the scene.
So it sounds like he cannot imagine the ladies not comparing notes on Kody. But Christine and Janelle said what went on in the intimacy department was between that one wife and Kody Brown. Still, it doesn’t mean they didn’t talk about their shared husband’s behavior outside the bedroom.
Kody presented with a lot of pride as the patriarch of this five-spouse family. But patriarch is a concept Janelle Brown never liked. Christine and Janelle may have followed his lead, but they often expressed their disdain for things he did.
Even Meri Brown and Robyn Brown would chime in about their frustrations with their shared husband. Even though Meri and Robyn seemed more into Kody leading them than the other two wives, they still shared some gripes through the seasons.
Kody’s Pride Deflated…
From where the Sister Wives audience sat for 19 Seasons, what they witnessed suggests the ladies had plenty to complain about. So, even after some rocky separation and two wives still fighting for a monetary settlement on Coyote Pass, they still did not break that bedroom code.
But when Kody Brown’s pride became over-inflated, the wives often shared their discontent. It looks like the second half of Season 19 has more of the ex-wives sharing their problems about Kody. So will they finally hit on his performance in the bedroom?
None of the wives spill any information about Kody’s bedroom performance. But, the Sister Wives’ original wives suggested on their TLC series that over the last few years, the only wife awarded any bedroom activity from Kody was Robyn.
So, despite how ugly things got before, during, and after the three wives leaving, not one critiqued Kody Brown’s bedroom performance.
That said, there still seems to be an unbreakable bond because that info would likely bring in a big payday for any of the wives who offered these secrets. And despite their anger today towards their ex-husband, they still remain mum on the topic of Kody Brown’s intimacy behavior.
